Week two commences!
Back to normality for us waking up this morning no longer in the city but in Udayan which we now call home.
The group gathered at breakfast to find out that Amy had been the victim of one of our newfound traitors, some might call this Karama.
The group’s outfits were giving boho chic (oversized t-shirts), gearing up to start painting the wall. In 2018 the perimeter wall was badly damaged by hurricane Ampong. As a school we fundraised over £20,000 to rebuild it. In 2020 it was rebuilt but now it was time add a splash of colour. The jobs were divided between the group. Scrubbing and sweeping ready for the primer to go on. Once we had found the ideal technique, progression was rapid and before we knew it the wall was primed white and ready to be given the vibrant lick of colour that all other buildings here at Udayan. After lunch we came back to finish the job we had started – the boarders now green and the panels pink. Ready for a second coat tomorrow.
Later on, the salon was opened for aloe vera treatments from the girls at Udayan. We now have high hopes for hair like them – luscious, silky locks. This was a relaxing way to while away the afternoon until dance practice. There are high expectations for Wednesday evening’s gala night.
Before dinner we had our first Round Table of traitors season three, voting out Isabel who turned out to be a faithful. We’re now heading to be in the hope if not being murdered in the night.
Home stretch!
Goodnight.
